- 60ml Mavem
- 35ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 10ml Rosemary Honey
- 25ml Egg white
- 1 Slice of ginger
- 2 Rosemary sticks
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Lemon zest, 1 rosemary stick.
- Glass: Rocks or Double Old Fashioned.
Place the slice of ginger and the rosemary sticks in the shaker and macerate.
Add all ingredients together.
Shake vigorously, without ice.
Shake all again, now with ice.
Double strain (Shaker strainer (Hawthorne strainer) + tea-strainer) into a whisky glass.
To serve, squeeze the oil from a lemon peel and garnish with a rosemary stick.
Flavors: Fresh, citrus and floral.
Occasions: At any time, either with a mealor at the beginning of the meal.
